Winter Concert 2016

Blow, Blow, Thou Winter Wind

On December 12, 2016, we present ‘Blow, Blow Thou Winter Wind!’ as our tribute to the 400th anniversary of Shakespeare’s death,  with a concert of wintry words drawn from his plays and sonnets, as well as from works of some of his contemporaries.  The program will draw on song settings from Shakespeare’s time and interpretations that have emerged since,  including works by Elgar and Rutter.  We are very excited to be presenting the Canadian premiere of Ottawa composer Elise Letourneau’s Blow, Blow, Thou Winter Wind.

Join us at Centretown United Church, Monday, December 12: 7:30 to 9:30PM. Tickets $20 adult, $15 student/senior. Tickets may also be purchased at [includes service charge].
